Refund policy

Custom or Engraved Products

Custom furniture builds require 50% down, payment is non-refundable once order is placed.
Custom engraved products must be paid for in full before engraving and are non-refundable. If they are damaged (proof required) in shipping or never arrive then we will replace the item after four weeks.

Refunds of Non-Customized products

Once received you have 15 days to request a refund.

Product received is not the one you ordered

 

To file a refund request

A clear picture or video must be provided taken in natural light with a close up of the damaged area to indicate reason for return.

An item must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals that were included.

Refunds not granted

Items not returned within the 15-day period

Item returned missing items or only part of the item returned.

 

Once received we will review and verify all items were included.

A credit will be applied to the original payment method once verified.

Sale Items

Any items purchased through Sunrise Worx is eligible for return within the allowed time period.

Shipping

The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping associated to return an item. The only exception will be if an item is lost, it will be replaced at no cost.
